Yes. If a portion of your order is out-of-stock at our distribution center, please note that shipment for your entire order may be delayed until the portion is received from headquarters.
When you order online, your product is shipped from our distribution center. If the distribution center is out-of-stock, a request is made to our headquarters for your product. Your product is then sent to the distribution center, from where it will be shipped out to you. If this process is necessary, shipment time may exceed our average shipment times. You will be notified through email in the event of a delay.
All orders go through a confirmation process to protect you and the company. During peak periods or high seasonal demands, such as holidays and major sale periods that would lead a surge online demand may delay the confirmation process. If there are any significant issues that cause a delay during the verification process, we will notify you through email.
Personalized monogramed and engraved items are considered final sale. No cancelations, returns or exchanges are accepted. Personalized items are for final sale. Please read our Return Policy for more information. If something isn’t quite right with your personalized item, please contact the Customer Service.
The restocking fee is 5% of each product of an order plus $5.95 for shipping fee. If you have purchased a product that is the amount of $95 then you will need to pay the amount of $4.75 (i.e., equivalent to 5%). The total amount will be $10.70 (i.e., $4.75+$5.95). If you have purchased 2 products that are the amount of $190, you will need to pay the amount of $9.50 (i.e., equivalent to 5% for each product).
Please note that the restocking fee is not calculated based on the total amount but calculated based on the number of individual products. The percentage will not always be an even number; therefore, we will be rounding the percentages. We will round up or down to the nearest number of decimals and will round up if the next decimal was five or above, and down if it was four or less.
