SHOPPING & ORDERING
Based on your shipping location for domestic orders, any applicable state and local taxes will be displayed during checkout process. For international orders, import taxes, customs duties, and/or other fees (such as local VAT) can be imposed by the destination country. Please note that Cosa Piora has no influences or control over these types of fees. The customer is fully responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and/or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Phone orders are currently not available. However, if you send in any order related inquiries, we will respond to you in detail.

Products are prepared for shipment immediately after your order has been completed. You may cancel or change your order for any reason, before your product is shipped. However, after your product has been shipped, cancellation or changes cannot be made. You must first receive the product, then request a refund, return or exchange. Any inquiries regarding product returns can be made by emailing customerservice@cosapiora.com. Please be sure to include your order number and detailed information regarding the reason for your return request. Please refer to the section Return Policy for additional details.
Unfortunately, each item is not guaranteed to be in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days, and any charges will be refunded in full. Refunds will be made depending on the payment method you have chosen. In the case of a credit card purchases, Cosa Piora will issue a refund to your credit card account. However, the refund period may differ depending on certain payment methods you have used to purchase as each banking and credit card company holds different policies regarding online payments. Please refer to our FAQ's shipping section.
If there are any problems with the product you receive, you may either choose to receive a refund or an exchange. Cosa Piora will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred, however, Cosa Piora is not responsible for any damages due to the customer’s carelessness or negligence. If the returned item(s) met the requirements of Cosa Piora’s Return Policy, your refund will be processed accordingly. If the item(s) are not in its new and original condition and do not meet the requirements of Cosa Piora’s Return Policy, Cosa Piora reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange. Personalization request must be made be for the order is placed. We will not accept any request after the order is placed. Personalization includes specific monograms and engravings.

We recommend you send us images that would help us understand. Once we have a clear idea, we will send a confirmation email with an order invoice.
