COSA PIORA ACCOUNT
Each Cosa Piora product is carefully designed with precision woven into every detail. Made one-at-a-time to ensure the highest level of quality, your Cosa Piora product is a truly genuine and authentic creation.
Creating your Cosa Piora account is free and only takes about few minutes. Click on “Create an Account” and it requires you to fill out your personal information which includes details such as your complete name, email, phone number, and date of birth. As a customer, you'll receive an email asking you to activate the account by creating a password. Once you have completed, your account will be activated.
Shopping at Cosa Piora will be faster and convenient by having personal information stored. If the email is already used, you can't choose this email address for a new account. It means that you’ve already signed up for the Cosa Piora account.
Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and provide your email address. An email will be automatically sent to you with password reset instructions.
Due to security reasons, password cannot be changed through the personal account. You need to change your password through your personal email. If you have trouble resetting your password, please contact the customer service. Please keep your password safe. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal account and password.
If you are a member, all information can be changed through your personal account. However, you are unable to change your email address (ID) that you have used for the registration.
We take account security very seriously and try to prevent people from signing in without your permission. If someone is using your account without your permission, change your password immediately or contact the customer service. We will help you retrieve your account from any unusual activities.
You can subscribe by entering your email on two different sections of the website. The first section is the bottom right section of the website in the footer. You will need to enter your email address in the box and click submit. Secondly, you can go to the discover section of the menu and click “Subscribe our newsletter”. Once the pop-up appears, enter your email address in the box and click submit. For both cases, you will receive an email to confirm the email subscription. Please click the "subscribe” button to confirm in the email.
However, if you would like to unsubscribe, you can do it through the accessing your personal account. Go to my account and uncheck the second box (i.e., last part). Once this is unchecked, you will no longer receive updated news from Cosa Piora. You can always comeback anytime if you wish to receive information again by checking the box.
If you wish to delete your account, you will need to make a submission through the Contact Us section or you can send us an email at customerservice@cosapiora.com. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be undone, and we will not be able to retrieve it. Make sure and double-check if you want to delete your account. You’ll lose all the data and content in that account, like personal information, order history and subscription.
