All ordered products must be returned in its original condition with all components intact first and must meet our Return Policy to request returns, exchanges, or refunds. Cosa Piora reserves all rights the deny or reject returns, exchanges or refunds that do not meet our policy.

Cosa Piora reserves the right to review the original order. We will reject any returns and decline refunds when they do not meet the requirements. Cosa Piora will go through a 2-step reviewing process. If your online submission is approved and confirmed, a return label will be sent. You will need to send the product back and there will be a second review of the actual product. When your return has been approved and confirmed, your refund will be issued accordingly.
Any returns received which do not meet our Return Policy requirements may be rejected. In this case, Cosa Piora is entitled to deny or reject the return. You will not be eligible for refunds. The product will be sent back at your expense.
Once the items are personalized, it cannot be undone, refunded, or be exchanged. Personalized items include specific monograms and engravings. These specifications can specially be requested.

In-store purchase will be available in different forms. Unlike an online store, you don't have to wait for days or weeks to get the product you wish to purchase when you purchase it on site. You can simply choose the product you wish to purchase, make the payment, and take it home. Its fast and convenient.
Also, if you have trouble deciding a particular product that you would like to purchase or need help locating. A store representative will help explain you about each item and help you make an informed decision. It is easier to choose when you can see the products on site and compare products. There are specific guidelines for in-store purchased items. Keep in mind that online purchased items and in-store purchased items have different policies. All policies must be complied, so please read them carefully.
International returns apply to those who have purchased a product outside of U.S. If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return the product.
Returns, exchanges or refunds process will be the same as domestic shipments except for return shipping fees. Unless you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, international return shipping fee must be covered by the customer. Cosa Piora will not be responsible for any fees incurred to make a return. If the return products do not meet the policies and terms, the return will not be eligible and will be rejected through the review process and the purchased product will be returned at your expense.

International customers are responsible for the international shipping fees on making returns. Please use your local postal service or courier and standard shipping. International refunds will be done through the same process based on the domestic Return Policy. If the return products do not meet the policies and terms, the return will not be eligible and will be rejected through the review process.
A full refund will only be eligible only when you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. Based on our Return Policy, the Customer Service will go through a review process and no restocking fee and return shipping fee will be deducted from the initial payment and the return shipping fee will be reimbursed.
The refunds will be processed at different exchange rate that was in effect at the time that your order was placed. All transactions will only be conducted in US Dollars. The refunds for the purchased product will be made to its original payment method.
Return international shipping fees will only be reimbursed only when you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. If the return is just due to simple change of mind, you are not eligible to get reimbursed for the return shipping fee.
We can only reimburse the return shipping fees via PayPal. You will need a PayPal account to receive the shipping refund. It is easy and free to create. You can withdraw the funds directly back to your bank account. We will be able to send you a PayPal gift for this return shipping cost.
